I cannot believe how much my boys have grown. I've been a little sad since Shawn turned 9. They are getting too big!

We got out and enjoyed the nice weather today. Shawn got a kite for Easter and we had just enough wind to fly it.

We had our own little Easter egg hunt this morning. The kids found tons of eggs and their Easter baskets.

Pre-Easter Celebrations

My family has this tradition that started with my Great Grandma Gordon, going back as far as I can remember. My Grandma and aunt Loe have carried on the tradition. I'm so glad they did, I remember when I was a child I looked forward to this every year. We hide eggs for the children, and even the adults have an egg with their name on it. Then, we do a treasure hunt. My aunt Loe makes up these cute rhymes and sends us on a hunt, one clue to the next. This years prize was a box of home made chocolates. Yummy!

Carter's Birthday Party

We had family over for Cater's birthday today. We had pizza, cake and ice cream. He made out well, lot's of new toys to play with!

Snow Day

We got 3 inches of snow today. Shawn has been talking about building a snowman all winter. The snow hasn't been ideal for snowman making this year. Today it was great!

Carter turned two today. I cannot believe it has been two years. Time sure goes fast. His daycare had a little party for him and took these photos. He didn't want to share his cupcakes.
